As a kid I loved Easter.  Why? because it was an egg hunt competition as far as I was concerned (insert the eye-roll of my friends here). Every year I succeeded at gathering more eggs than my brothers or cousins.  So much so that I often had to "share" my finds, which according to any easter egg hunt rule book is strictly prohibited!

Now that I have my own kids I delight in taking on bunny duty. With the the wares of the world at arms length, there are many amazing treats ready for hiding like these marshmallow ducklings (made in Spain) from Williams - Sonoma.  They are so heavenly.  I have almost cleared the bag out myself.  So take it from me - DO NOT OPEN TIL EASTER!  Step aside Peeps - there is a new Easter marshmallow in town!

As a greeting card designer, I love looking for and collecting vintage cards.  For Easter I found these on the New York Public Library Website - chicks in a car wreck, hens-a-laying and bunnies going to bat.  So funny:

Now to go dye some eggs(could there be a messier task?) because this year I promised I would make an Easter tree for my girls.  Martha makes it seem so easy.  Fingers crossed it will look like this:
